COVID-19 Precautions

We are doing our best to provide a safe environment for our both spectators and athletes. In so much that we will forgo some of our own income by limiting athletes and asking families to limit the number who come to watch the event in person.

We will have separated entrance and exits.

Session attendees will not be entering facility until the previous session has exited facility.

We are asking people to bring their own chairs to sit within the designated seating area There will be plenty of space (over 5000 sqft) for individuals to social distance, more so than would be available with bleacher seating.  Camp chairs are way more comfortable anyway.

Masks are suggested for all attendees and for athletes when not competing.

We will have sanitation stations placed throughout the event for athletes and spectators.

Catering for judges and coaches will consist of one prepackaged meal (lunch) with light snacks of fruit and prepackaged convenience food items and bottled drinks throughout the day.

Equipment surfaces will be lightly sprayed between rotations with a sanitizing agent supplied by Midwest Gymnastics Supply
