Dear Prospective Sponsor,

Thank you for your interest in the WVTG Club Booster Club Sponsorship Program for the 2007-2008 State Gymnastics Meet and beyond. Our Booster Club is to help raise money for our competitive athletes who incur a large amount of expense in travel and meet fees. Our students also may compete on the national level which then may require parents and children to travel anywhere in the country. WVTG does not want “free” money so we have devised a sponsorship program that also gives great value back to the client.

This is an advertising based program. Our website, 10,000 sq ft facility, meet programs, t-shirts and the gymnastic meets themselves will all be utilized in order to bring value back to you.

Below you will find a description of sponsorship levels and what is to be included. Your company will have a “captive audience” with any level of sponsorship. State Meet will attract 500+ families from Terre Haute and the entire state of Indiana exposing your business to captive audience. Not to mention every single day at our gymnastics facility for one year in which we have nearly 500 family member come through weekly.

Remember with your sponsorship 33% of what you donate will go to help the family selling the package to help pay for travel costs and meet fees for their student. The rest will go to meet expenses when hosting a Gymnastics meet. Gymnastics is not an inexpensive sport and due to lack of scholastic support so your sponsorship will help support a competitive athlete to continue her athletic aspirations

  • (All contracts are for 1 year in length. If Sponsor wishes to continue after one year he may with 25% discount off of full price during each contiguous year.)
  • Sponsorship program good for 1 year from Date of purchase.
    Banners will be vinyl with vinyl letters there is a 50$ up-charge for ink printed vinyl banners.
    • All logos must be emailed in JPG or BMP format to Rob@WVTG.COM within 2 weeks of purchase.
