Policies and Procedures
Annual Registration Fee is $25 per family. This fee is paid upon initial registration and then yearly.

 
• Tuition is due at the first of each session. Tuition paid after the second week will incur a $10 late fee.  If tuition is not kept current and an balance is owed, Wabash Valley Tumbling and Gymnastics reserves the right to remove the student from class until the balance of the account is paid. Reinstating the student depends on class availability and is at the discretion of the Program Director.

 
• Refunds will be given only if a medical issue prevents the child from completing the session. All other requests are at the discretion of the Program Director.

 
• Each child is allowed only 2 make up classes per session and as long as class space permits. A minimum of 1 hour notice of absence is needed in order for to make up the class.

 
• Private lessons are available with all of our instructors. Prices due vary so inquire at the front desk. You must give and 1 hour notice for cancellations or your account will be charged for the private lesson.

 
• Attire:
-Girls - Leotards with or without shorts/footless tights
-Boys - Leotards, shirt and shorts with no belt loops or pockets
-NO JEWELRY, LONG HAIR MUST BE PULLED BACK

 
• Gym Closings
-Labor day
-Thanksgiving weekend
-Christmas Break
-Spring Break
-Memorial Day
-Independence Day
